Every job I’ve had in my 20s either hasn’t given me opportunities to advance or finds many ways to disrespect me as I put in more effort than I should. Currently, this is my second time being unemployed. First time for 1.5 years due to the pandemic and 6 months currently due to the film/tv strikes. I am jaded, feeling hopeless, and have a strong hatred for these dumb A.I. scanning software and terrible job market.
